Online Entries: Open on a Wednesday at 7 am close at 9 pm the following Wednesday
Phone in Entries: The Wednesday that entries close from 4-7 pm
Online payments: Available the Friday after entries close until the Thursday before the rodeo at 5 pm. Online payments are not available at the rodeo. If you have not paid your fees online by Thursday at 5 pm, you will have to pay cash or cheque at the rodeo.
Draw: Posted the Friday after entries close.
Call Backs: If you see an issue with the draw (wrong event, you are missed in the draw, etc) you must contact the office on that Friday with your confirmation number to have the issue dealt with. After Friday the draw is set and will not be changed.
